Happy Hens – Giggles a plenty!
Summer weddings are always popular and with them, of course, the hen party – a great opportunity for a get together with your fav girlies for some fun and giggles; letting them send you off into wedlock.
What better way to prepare for your evening out than with a Pole Fit session – you’ll laugh loads, get fit and even learn some moves that you can use into the evening and beyond.
In the past couple of weeks, we’ve run two hen parties – with music to suit and an adapted routine to unleash the goddesses in the room – then complete with new pole names, all hens get to take part.
Hen parties can be run from both Waterlooville and Chichester or even in your own home.
